Our customer service and sales team provides coaching and training to review promotional and problem-solving techniques: understanding buyer psychology, high-quality customer service, and building self-confidence in sales and public speaking skills.


We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Representative to capture an audience's attention and generate maximum revenue by using a personal approach.

The Customer Service Representative position is vital to delivering top-notch customer service and driving client satisfaction by promoting and selling our client's services.

The ideal Customer Service Representative will be consultative, influential, detail-oriented, and must be ready to work in a fast-paced work environment.


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:


  • Present products and services to new and existing customers
  • Use company leads and systems to identify and develop new avenues of sales opportunities
  • Effectively close sales in designated territories by building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Set sales and gross margin goals for the territory
  • Develop and implement sales programs, drive, and support our client's primary focus on account growth
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, contracts, activity reports, sales goals, closings, and followups with the sales team
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to expand revenue
  • Participate incompany training for team building, mentorship, and development of the latest sales trends from field and industry research
  • Ensure customer feedback to sales management regarding products and enhancements

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:


  • 13 years experience as an account manager preferred
  • Excellent presentation and persuasive skills with the drive to continuously improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
  • Coachable and highly enthusiastic mindset
  • Communication, negotiation, organization, and problemsolving skills
  • Outgoing and comfortable working in a customerfacing environment to generate new business

$ $1,200.00 per week
