Your responsibilities:

Support in personnel retention measures and planning internal employee events
Development of onboarding measures for new employees
Organization and execution of career fairs and events for recruiting apprentices
Point of contact for apprentices, students, and training supervisors within the company
Handling of daytoday operations and performance of personnel administrative tasks
Strategic development and expansion of social media channels
Conceptualization, creation of content, and implementation of communication campaigns for recruiting apprentices, DHBW students, and open positions
Maintenance of the website and intranet
Monitoring of KPIs, reporting, and evaluation of social media measures

What you bring:

Completed degree in business administration or personnel management or a commercial apprenticeship, such as marketing communications specialist, industrial clerk with additional training as a personnel specialist,
