School and Practice closely intertwined

This training offers a strong connection between theory and practice. The theoretical knowledge will be taught at the Sparkassenakademie Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart. In addition, you will be trained professionally and personally for sales activities. You will mainly apply your knowledge in an LBS advisory office (ideally near your place of residence). You will be mentored and supported by experienced specialists and managers. A several-week placement at a savings bank completes your training.
