    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master to join our team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and extensive experience managing complex projects and programs using agile methodologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support complex projects/products and programs utilizing various organizational and implementation methodologies.
    • Manage multiple projects/products concurrently, coordinating with multiple teams across various business areas.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects/products, managing timelines, financials, risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
    • Mentor other Project Managers and contribute to process improvements.
    • Establish clear boundaries for the team's work, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Mentor teams in Agile methodologies to ensure effective implementation of Scrum and other relevant practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, providing coaching, consulting, and support to enhance team performance and speed to value.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying impediments, conducting experiments, and fostering the adoption of agile ways of working.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • 10-12 years of program management experience with demonstrated Agile and facilitation skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Disciplined Agile, and SAFe.
    • Strong project management skills, ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
    • Excellent communication and coaching skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Certifications such as Master Black Belt, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma, or Change Management are highly desired.
    • Healthcare insurance experience is a plus.

    Benefits:

    • W2 employment status.
    • 10 days of PTO and 10 federal holidays.
    • PTO starts from the third month and is calculated proportionally, not accumulative.

    You will need to work on site 3 to 4 days a week.
