Full-time (or at least 75%) position in Sycamore Hills, MO

Your responsibilities:

In the 18-month trainee program, you will gradually get to know your new area of responsibility under the guidance of experienced managers.

For this purpose, you will change departments every 6 months and gain insights into different leadership techniques.

Look forward to:

  • Participation in councils (e.g. nursing focus groups) and projects, as well as active involvement in shaping the Magnet Hospital at the Osnabrück Clinic
