- Provide leadership and direction to the deposit operations team.
- Implement and maintain efficient and effective operational processes within the bank.
- Monitor & review as needed day-to-day operational tasks such as reconciliation review and various report balancing.
- Provide backup coverage for daily operations as required for teller operations and new accounts opening or closing.
- Stay current with industry regulations (BSA, AML, etc.) and ensure the bank's operations comply with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
- Conduct ad hoc audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Periodically travel to other branches to ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures and providing corrective guidance to ensure consistency within the bank.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor and manage branch cash levels to meet customer demand while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policy.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure that technology systems supporting deposit operations are functioning optimally. Help identify, implement, and test new technologies to enhance efficiency working with bank vendors as needed.

Description
The Position will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our banking institution. The candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial services, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex operational processes.
Other Duties:
-Represents the bank and provides leadership in key community activities, including business, charitable, civic and social organizations to maintain a proper responsible citizen stature for the Company.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and operations supervisor.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
