As an Area Manager, you will ensure that all processes at your location run as smoothly as possible so that we can meet customer demand.

You will lead a team responsible for the safety, efficiency, and top-quality of our operations. In addition, you will oversee a variety of projects across our network to promote productivity.


Key job responsibilities:
Create, supervise, and promote a culture of safety and well-being
Analyze and implement changes to continuously ensure high quality and productivity
Supervise projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and improve service quality for customers in your area
Analyze shifts according to company guidelines and implement measures to improve our operational excellence
Collaborate with senior leaders to standardize shift procedures


A day in the life:
You will work in shifts at one of our locations and ensure that operations are as productive as possible.

Your main focus will be on leading and promoting a safety culture, as well as maintaining the quality and performance standards of the shifts.

You will also oversee process improvements in your area and organize their implementation.

A typical workday can vary and includes routine team management and daily operational tasks, as well as process improvement and extensive operational tasks for contingency situations.

You will also act as a role model and mentor for new team members.
