    We are seeking a Project Manager Contractorto join our teamYou will beresponsible for the management and supervise a cleaning project at a new construction site


    Responsibilities:
    Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of cleaning services in a single or group of accounts

    Performs customer services duties, and handles all client requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner

    Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction

    Supervises employees

    Ensures all jobs are properly staffed and trained

    Performs regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met

    Works with the HR Department on disciplinary action and / or termination of employees whenever necessary


    Qualifications:
    Must possess comprehensive knowledge of janitorial operations

    Strong project management skills

    Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

    Deadline and detail-oriented

    Strong leadership qualities

    Bilingual :
    English / Spanish is helpful

    Must have the ability to clearly communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, subordinates and management of all levels within the organization

    Must be responsible and have the ability to motivate workers

    Constant pushing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, and reaching forward

    5+ years Manager experience in janitorial industry.
