YOUR NEW ROLE AS A COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP
Your typical schedule as a BDR will be
Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm.

As the driving force behind identifying and securing new business opportunities, you will have the chance to cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers while representing our brand at commercial business associations and networking events.

Your expertise in developing tailored sales strategies and leveraging CRM tools will be crucial in aligning our business goals with customer needs.

By collaborating closely with internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and cohesive business development strategy that propels us to new heights.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
35 years of experience in commercial business development, with a preference for those experienced in our industry
Proficiency in CRM software and strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to travel within the LA and OC areas. Travel outside of this area is

sometimes required.
