- Provide equipment recommendations, specifications, operational documentation, control algorithm programming, and general hardware and software support for equipment life chemical pumps and chemical feed systems.
- Collaborate with equipment system integrators and suppliers to develop and execute custom-engineered solutions.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for customers and field sales force.
- Drive process improvement and enhancement tools to increase team productivity.
- Assist the field sales team with equipment proposals and system design recommendations.
- Develop relationships with field sales and service teams to increase quality sales opportunities.
- Manage vendor deliverable schedules and coordinate components logistics on custom projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or other technical discipline) or a minimum of 5 years of experience with chemical feed and/or automation products.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout North America (typically less than 15% of the time).
- Prior experience or working knowledge of products such as True Sense, ICC, and PaceSetter, or open market equivalent platforms is preferred.
- Ability to implement enhancement solutions using self-developed tools (Excel, VBA, SharePoint, etc.) is preferred.
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
- Expert in the use of Microsoft Office tools and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups and customers.
- Preference for AutoCAD, PLC programming, and Water Treatment processes, controls, and programming in chemical applications experience.
