Job Description

  • Independently conduct error and remote analyses in PLC-HMI software, as well as in electrical and electronic systems remotely or onsite at the customer's location in Blue Bell, PA
  • Programming, optimization, and commissioning of peripheral controllers, frequency converters, HMI, and PLC
  • Provide first and secondlevel support to customers worldwide via telephone hotline, utilizing creative solutions and the latest digital communication methods for remote maintenance
  • Prepare quotes for spare parts and service deployments

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering with further education as a technician or a degree in electrical engineering or automation technology
  • Solid professional experience in programming with Siemens S7 classic and TIA Portal
  • Knowledge of Allen-Bradley Rockwell, hardware, and various bus systems (e.g. Profi-BUS, Profi-NET, etc.) is advantageous
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
