Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:


  • Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)
  • A lead dispatch's responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, troubleshooting server issues. They are also tasked with answering emergency and nonemergency calls, providing customers with accurate quotes, and scheduling technicians for installations. Their role is crucial in ensuring effective communication with their team members and customer support. A lead dispatch is the backbone of our operations. They ensure our trucks are on the road, our technicians are where they need to be, and our customers are satisfied."
