Our eight year old family business is looking for an energetic person that is

As a technician with our small business, we are looking for someone that

enjoys working outdoors, cares about the customer-experience, and believes

Our business specializes in limiting the commercial impact of deer damage

by safely deterring them from harming our customer properties. As this is a

unique field, we are therefore willing to train and get the right person

licensed, which would lead to an increase in pay.


The Main Responsibilities:

• Management of daily service route.
• Treatment with organic/natural sprays and repellents to prevent pest and

animal damage.

• Present a great attitude.
• Positive customer interactions when needed.
• Drive safely to customer locations

Necessary Skills:

• Valid driver's license with good record
• Desire to learn.
• Ability to handle a backpack sprayer and backpack blower.
• Good mathematical skills for mixing chemicals (predominately organic/natural).

Desired skills:

• Plant identification.
• Ability to tow a trailer
• Mechanical skills
• Current VDACS Commercial Applicators license or Registered Technician's

license.
