    Job Title: Business Analyst


    Skills/Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a BA on complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Expertise in writing business requirements with the ability to take charge of projects seamlessly.
    • Experience in process improvement and attention to project details.
    • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
    • Interest or experience in areas like information security monitoring, IT support, system administration, or network administration is a plus.


    Additional Criteria:
    Interest in Cyber Security with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Conduct reviews to understand current business processes.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements.
    Successful in facilitating discussions across different organizational levels.
    Prepare gap and impact analysis documents.
    Guide project teams on functional requirements.
    Assist in identifying testing requirements and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
