We are looking for strong support for our Customer Service department in East Sharpsburg, PA:
Our largest client is CTS EVENTIM AG & CO. KGaA - Europe's market leader in ticketing and provider of live entertainment.

In addition to our telephone booking hotline, we offer EVENTIM customers a comprehensive customer service experience through all channels (phone, email, Twitter, Facebook, mail).

What you can expect from us:

  • Personal contact (m/f/d) for our customers when they need assistance with self-service
  • Responding to inquiries regarding ticket sales and services through all communication channels
  • Providing telephone and written advice to our customers on offers from the live entertainment industry
  • Selling tickets and additional services over the phone (no outbound or sales activities)
  • Deescalating customer complaints

What you bring to the table:

  • Enrollment at a German university
  • Availability of 20 hours per week, with flexible distribution throughout the month
  • Enthusiasm for concerts, sports events, and live entertainment, as well as enjoyment of customer contact
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of the English language

We offer you:
