We are looking for strong support for our Customer Service department in East Sharpsburg, PA:
Our largest client is CTS EVENTIM AG & CO. KGaA - Europe's market leader in ticketing and provider of live entertainment.
In addition to our telephone booking hotline, we offer EVENTIM customers a comprehensive customer service experience through all channels (phone, email, Twitter, Facebook, mail).

- Personal contact (m/f/d) for our customers when they need assistance with self-service
- Responding to inquiries regarding ticket sales and services through all communication channels
- Providing telephone and written advice to our customers on offers from the live entertainment industry
- Selling tickets and additional services over the phone (no outbound or sales activities)
- Deescalating customer complaints
What you bring to the table:
- Enrollment at a German university
- Availability of 20 hours per week, with flexible distribution throughout the month
- Enthusiasm for concerts, sports events, and live entertainment, as well as enjoyment of customer contact
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- A positive attitude
- Excellent knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of the English language
We offer you:
- An hourly wage of 14€
