About us

Imagine Art is a Christian ministry whose mission is to leverage art and place; empowering artists with disabilities who become creative catalysts for changing systems of day habilitation; long-term care, peer support, and affordable housing.

Imagine Art has 3 distinct programs:
fine art studio services; long term care services and peer support.

We are positioning the organization to develop a residential campus in 2024 that will expand to offer deep affordable housing.

The Medicaid long term care program specifically serves individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities who are opting to live in the community with support.

Imagine Art is leveraging Medicaid Waiver HCS Supervised Living resources to foster a creative environment where group home residents will be empowered to drive their services and to establish an interdependent life that is centered on choice, person centered thinking and consumer driven approaches.

Client residents (3) are encouraged to reach their full potential as individuals - making art, working, volunteering, attending college or pursuing their life's goals.

Promoting independent living, Imagine Art's model empowers clients to learn valuable daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, managing the home and attendant care supports) in an effort to increase opportunities for independence.
