Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong customer service skills, sales acumen, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Experience in accounting domain is preferred.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and industries
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights

Experience:


  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or business development roles
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Previous experience in outside sales or technology sales is a plus
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required

$62, $74,995.96 per year
