    Role, Responsibilities, and Essential Functions:
    Embrace our company values and culture.

    Actively identify and pursue revenue opportunities with new clients, focusing on Document Imaging, Content Management, and Digital Mailroom Services.

    Utilize ethical and effective business development strategies to acquire and retain clients.

    Drive new business initiatives through innovative lead-generation methods.

    Collaborate within a team environment to support business growth.

    Work toward achieving sales revenue goals, with a focus on prospecting and sales cycle management.

    Develop and nurture relationships with clients, including decision-makers.

    Engage with managers, executives, and resources to contribute to the sales efforts.

    Maintain a pipeline of leads and provide regular progress reports.

    Qualify and develop leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns, website programs, cold calls, conferences, emails, and other channels.

    Collaborate with prospects to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.


    Gain knowledge about our technology, solution, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition and ROI of our solution.

    Address inquiries about software capabilities during the sales process.

    Work toward meeting monthly and quarterly activity and close rate targets.

    Provide input for sales forecasts to management.


    Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    B2B sales experience is required.

    Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently, especially with decision-makers.

    Bachelor's degree in business or related field;

    2 years+ experience in the area of field sales, and hunting role.


    Preferred Skills:
    Proficiency in proactive lead generation methods.

    Proven success in prospecting and managing the sales cycle.

    Strong motivation and dedication to personal growth.

    Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.

    Working Conditions


    You'll be in the field for 20-30% of your time, with minimal travel, and the rest of the time working on-site, collaborating closely with your dynamic team.
