A Porter's basic function usually involves maintaining cleanliness, appearance and safety standards of facilities


Responsibilities include:
Clean and supply designated building areas which includes; dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping, cleaning restrooms etc.,

• Main Entrance
• Lobby Areas
• Residential Floors
• Management Office
• Fitness Center
• Common Restrooms
• Other Common Areas
• Elevators
• Stairwells
• Assisting with Trash Compactor Disposal

Porter Qualifications / Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on resident needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times


Requirements:

GED/High School Diploma

Ability to lift 50-100lbs


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (preferred)
• Night Shift (preferred)
• Overnight Shift (preferred)
