Training as a Machinist (m/f/d) specializing in CNC milling technology

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Manufacturing of workpieces using handguided tools (saws, files, center punches, facing tools, etc.)
  • Conventional and machine turning, milling, and drilling
  • Production of small series according to drawings, from all common materials such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, plastic, etc.
  • CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines

Your requirements:

  • Very good secondary school leaving certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate, vocational school
  • Good grades in math, physics, and natural sciences
  • Interest in manual work and handling of machines and technology
  • Reliability, teamwork, motivation, willingness to learn and perform


The training as a Machinist (m/f/d) takes place in the first year of apprenticeship in a company, in the vocational school, and in an external training center and lasts 3.5 years.

With particularly good performance, the training period can be shortened by six months.
