- Lead formulation development for both early and late-stage programs
- Work closely with CROs/CDMOs for testing and tech transfer
- Utilize various analytical methodologies for stability assessment
- Collaborate with different departments including process development, QC, and project management
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biophysics, or Biochemistry with 5 years of industry experience
- Experience in vaccine formulation development preferred
- Proficiency in biophysical and calorimetric techniques
- Prior experience with CROs/CDMOs and leadership in drug product development
