HOUSEKEEPING AIDES WANTED - (Monday-Friday 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) - $12.00 an hour

Housekeeping Aides are an integral part the environmental services team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day.

As a Laundry Aide you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:

Pick up, sort wash, dry and deliver residents' personal clothing as well as facility towels, wash cloths and bed linen at the scheduled times.
Labeling new resident clothes.
Removing any lint from dryers after every use.
Notifying your supervisor of needed supplies and/or equipment repairs.
Maintaining a clean and orderly laundry room.
Additional responsibilities as listed in the job description and assigned by supervisor.

Required qualifications:

One year of experience working as a laundry aide or housekeeper preferably in a healthcare facility.
Attention to detail with initiative to follow through on assignments with little supervision.
Proven ability to work well within a team as well as independently
Excellent customer service skills along with good interpersonal and communication skills
