You are passionate about all topics related to social recruiting (active sourcing) for new colleagues
You proactively manage the entire recruiting process for your department and make decisions together with the departments
You are the contact person for your colleagues and managers for all questions related to personnel recruitment
With great enthusiasm, you present our company during the onboarding days for new colleagues
You create and maintain statistics and evaluations for the recruiting department
