Description

For our aerospace customer Airbus in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, we are currently looking for several purchasers (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible within the framework of temporary employment.

YOUR TASKS:

Participation in New Product Introduction (NPI)
Review and assurance of order processing
Receipt and management of data related to order placement in ERP system
System analysis of delays and prioritization of urgencies according to the needs of assembly lines and customer support
Management of short and longterm operational action plans (delay in retrofitting, missing parts, improvement of logistics processes...)
Ensuring daily monitoring of supply chain performance (receipt, workshop areas, internal transport, shipping) and resolution of conflicts
Collaboration with suppliers (remotely and/or onsite) as well as crossfunctional departments for implementation of preventive and corrective actions
Driving return logistics processes (quotations, return parts, subsequent disassembly)
Providing an overview of inventory levels and implementing action plans with suppliers to manage utilization
Conducting supplier evaluations, selection processes, and risk assessments
Optimizing and reviewing supply chains
Coordination with relevant stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING:

Completed degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing and supplier management
Ideally, some experience in the aerospace industry
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Fluent in English
