Description
Agents will receive calls per shift and provide support for products and services and triage the customer's issue. Agents will collect outstanding balances, correct verification and eligibility issues, troubleshoot, track and place orders, and address general customer questions.
$16.50 per hour + 20% shift Differential for hours after 5PM and ALL DAY SATURDAY.
Training
Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Production
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | Tuesday - Saturday
11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Attendance is the highest priority.
Please note a background check and drug screening will be required.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 12 years of data entry and call center experience.
- Data Entry Skills
- MS Office Experience.
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
- Chat etiquette.
- Good grammar
- Ability to type minimum of 25 WPM
- Attention to detail.
