Accounts Receivable Specialist
Statistical Research, Inc. ("SRI") is a privately-owned Cultural Resources Management firm established in 1983.

The company is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our team in the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist in our Redlands, California office.

The position is full time hourly and requires work to be performed on site in the Redlands office Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.

- 5:00 p.m.


Job Summary:


As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's receivables and ensuring timely collections.

Your will be responsible for accurately processing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and submit customer invoices
  • Review employee timesheets and direct costs for accuracy
  • Scan, file, and organize project documents
  • Run various Excel reports for project managers
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associates degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
years of proven experience working in accounts receivable or in a similar role

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communication effectively
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize duties
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and execute new tasks.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, and /or move up to 25 pound

Physical Requirements:_


While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to work in a typical office setting, use standard office equipment, read printed materials, and a computer screen, and communicate in person and over the telephone.

The work also requires the following physical abilities in order to perform the essential job functions:
grasping, hearing, mental acuity, repetitive motion, speaking, talking, visual acuity, and walking.


Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
