Description
** Position Description**
**Service Delivery Specialist** Location **Austin, TX HQ** Requisition Type **Full Time** **Service Delivery Specialist**
**Summary**:
This position will be responsible for supporting the general efforts of the Service Delivery team with a focus on order fulfillment, product configuration, shipping and receiving, and warehouse management. This includes a combination of tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, configuration, assembly, and shipment of product.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Provision videophone equipment
Collaborate with technical leads to troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and licensing
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Receive and stage inventory to be recorded in the accounting system
Fulfill customer orders by packing and shipping each deliverable
Follow procedures for inventory control and process work flow
Reprogram computer equipment as needed
Assist with special projects and assignments
Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Sales Operations Manager
**Skills:**
Ability to work with various operating systems such as Windows, iOS, and Android
Experience working with MDM solutions is preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing
Ability to communicate in American Sign Language is preferred
Demonstrate attention to detail
Support customer satisfaction
Complete projects in a timely manner and meet deadlines
Respond promptly to customer needs
Assist in improving processes, products, and services
Ability to foster a positive work environment
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
**Qualifications:**
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Strong computer skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus
High School diploma or GED required
2 or more years related experience in a warehouse environment is preferred
**Desired:**
Experience in SD/Logistics a plus
Inventory, shipping/receiving a plus
Internal problem resolutions (case management experience) a plus
**Work environment:**
Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:
Sitting, standing and walking %)
Keyboarding (40-60%)
Viewing computer monitor, videophone, and cell phone requiring close vision (40-60%)
Lifting computers and other equipment.
Position may require some travel to local offices as necessary.
