Description


The Change Lead will ensure employees transition smoothly and effectively through key HR-driven and talent strategy-oriented changes and programs at Citizens.

Partner with the project teams, business leads, and adoption networks to provide change management expertise, ensuring the project objectives and key impacts are well understood by all stakeholders.

Develop and execute change management strategies that will shift mindsets towards a skill driven organization and drive the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.


Primary responsibilities include:


  • Develop and implement change management strategies/plan rooted in a deep understanding of the project objectives and unique stakeholder impacts.
  • Enable change management activities while managing the continuous development of target change strategies and implementation / adoption plans.
  • Partner with Analytics team to produce core change KPIs and ensure the program achieves consistent growth by analyzing user adoption.
  • Assess adoption rates and proficiencies, identifying areas for improvement and adjust the ongoing change strategy as needed.
  • Act as an advocate for the employee journey within the project team, making sure the voice of the employee and manager is heard throughout the project life cycle.
  • Experiment with proven and new methods to shift employee mindsets and ultimately achieve project objectives.
  • Establish measurement strategy for the talent management initiative.
  • Manage relationships to drive connectivity to the business, including HRBPs, development leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior leadership, managers, and change network to ensure their active sponsorship of change initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Requires 8+ years of change management, change measurement and transformation experience with proven experience supporting largescale transformations.
  • 6 years of platform change management experience.
  • 4 years of adoption and behavioral experiment experience
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and influential skills.
  • Outstanding written, visual, and oral communication skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 85 Hybrid in office 3 days per week.
