- Strong understanding of retail operations, technology trends, and best practices in product management.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and manage change in a dynamic business environment.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget oversight.
- Proven history of leading large innovations efforts, including stage gate management.
- Candidate MUST be located in Ann Arbor, MI or willing to relocate.
