Production Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • You ensure production within your area under qualitative, economic, and time-related aspects
  • Organization and guarantee of high system availability
  • You optimize the production process in terms of efficiency and productivity and identify technical requirements
  • You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of executives and employees in a fully continuous shift system
  • You work closely with the sales, purchasing, quality assurance, technology, and research and development departments
  • You ensure compliance with regulations for occupational health and safety
  • You prepare and conduct inventory
