Your Trainee Program at Gothaer

  • You will be involved in project management for IT projects and take on a leading role in planning and controlling
  • As the interface between IT and the business department, you will accompany the entire project lifecycle - from project initiation to successful completion
  • You will be part of and initiate change processes and support our teams along the way
  • You will get to know many different areas of the company and the teams working there (e.g. solution teams, operations units, staff and support departments, sales)
  • You will communicate with various target groups and stakeholders and familiarize yourself with change and communication concepts
