- 5+ years of experience in project or program management with global stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, diagnose problems, and exercise judgment effectively.
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- Experience in e-commerce processes and global program initiatives.
- Certified Project/Program Management credentials preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for data-based decision-making.
