We are currently seeking an
Administrative Assistance for our office in Plainview
Must be highly detail-oriented and accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Accounting
  • Research new collection claims
  • Data Entry
  • Prepare reports for sales, collections and management
  • Track the status claims
  • Work with legal team as needed
  • Communicate with clients
  • Perform other duties and participate in other projects as required

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • An ability to think outside the box
  • A team first personality that is outgoing with a positive attitude
  • You must be a good listener, take direction easily when needed, have solid written & oral communication
  • Being able to work in a team environment as well as works well individual and under pressure
  • Ability to overcome objections

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary $40, $50,000.00
  • 401k with match (after 1 year), Medical (after 3 months)
  • Business casual dress environment

Pay:
$40, $50,000.00 per year
