Administrative Assistance for our office in Plainview
Must be highly detail-oriented and accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Accounting
- Research new collection claims
- Data Entry
- Prepare reports for sales, collections and management
- Track the status claims
- Work with legal team as needed
- Communicate with clients
- Perform other duties and participate in other projects as required
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- An ability to think outside the box
- A team first personality that is outgoing with a positive attitude
- You must be a good listener, take direction easily when needed, have solid written & oral communication
- Being able to work in a team environment as well as works well individual and under pressure
- Ability to overcome objections
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary $40, $50,000.00
- 401k with match (after 1 year), Medical (after 3 months)
- Business casual dress environment
