Registered Nurse/RN II - Pre-Assessment PRN Days

Work location:
Texas Health Southlake E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092


Work hours:
PRN "as needed" Days 7am-7pm - no calls or weekends

This position does not include medical benefits


Pre-Assessment Surgery Department Highlights:


  • New and advanced equipment and technology

Here's What You Need:


  • Nursing Diploma required or
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required or
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
  • Surgery experience preferred


  • Texas RN

  • Registered Nurse required upon hire and


  • BCLS

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly) required upon hire


  • ACLS

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and


  • PALS

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 90 days of hire
  • A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fastpaced environment.
