Registered Nurse/RN II - Pre-Assessment PRN Days

We are looking for top skilled nurses to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?_

Work location:
Texas Health Southlake E Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092

Work hours:
PRN "as needed" Days 7am-7pm - no calls or weekends

This position does not include medical benefits

Pre-Assessment Surgery Department Highlights:

New and advanced equipment and technology
Positive team environment

Here's What You Need:

Nursing Diploma required or
Associate's degree in Nursing required or
Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
Surgery experience preferred

Texas RN

Registered Nurse required upon hire and

BCLS

Basic Cardiac Life Support (prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly) required upon hire

ACLS

Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and

PALS

Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within 90 days of hire
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fastpaced environment.
