Description
Answer telephone calls from customers, shippers, sales reps, and managers and process these calls or direct them to the appropriate party.
Produce invoices, bill of ladings, and other documents related to customer orders and inventory transfers shipped to other branch warehouses.
Coordinate container movement with Pasha, Matson, & Young BrothersHot Shot/Samples documentation, communication, proof of delivery and reconciliation for accounting, completed daily as needed.
Assist in successfully resolving customer issues (both internal and external).Perform basic reporting functions.Interact daily with employees and management.
Assist with day-to-day clerical activities (filing, scheduling, mail distribution, etc.).Analyze data and compile statistical information to assist sales management in reaching volume, financial and distribution goals.
Generate and prepare various inventory related reports using Encompass, Microsoft Excel.Maintain internal sales related databases and Excel spreadsheets for current information and accuracy.
Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; related experience or training in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Beverage distribution support experience a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
