Description

The Team Member will be part of the customer service team and responsible to perform all food service duties as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous restaurant service experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position, which includes being able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to move quickly and efficiently within the time constraints of a busy restaurant
• Must be able to work well with others in a fastpaced environment
• Must be able to accept responsibility and ownership for their performance
• Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Meet or call customers in a timely manner
• Provide outstanding customer service, both in person and over the phone
• Handle all aspects of the order process from start to finish, which includes making orders, checking inventory, taking orders over the phone, receiving orders for delivery through our mobile app, preparing orders for delivery, and assisting customers with any questions about their order.
• Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and quickly
• Answer any complaints customers may have about their order or service within 15 minutes of arriving
• Ensure that all safety policies are followed in the restaurant and that all employees are following safety policies
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the duration of their shift. This includes cleaning the front desk, preparing tables, resetting chairs, taking out trash.
