GENERAL PURPOSE


The employee's primary responsibility is interacting with the company's customers to enter product orders and address other customer sales needs.


Responsibilities/Duties:
A bullet denotes the essential functions of the job. Other duties may also be assigned.

  • Supports sales efforts at Tradeshows; orders booth space and necessary equipment. May be required to work trade shows and assist in the set up and tears down of booths. Once at a show, the sales representative will develop and collect leads, enter sales as needed, and follow up with leads and customers.
  • Works with and provides coordination and assistance to Warehouse Associates; assists with packaging and shipping as needed.
  • Interfaces with the President and other leadership team members, including brand management, education department, and marketing.
  • Carries out all responsibilities honestly, ethically, and professionally.
  • Supervises electronic sales of products.

Minimum qualifications:
The following are the minimum qualifications an individual needs to perform this position's duties and responsibilities successfully.


Knowledge:

  • The equivalent of a High School diploma and 35+ years of progressively responsible, related sales/ service experience
  • Experience with CRM software such as NetSuite and Sales Force
  • Knowledge of basic shipping procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, NetSuite)

The applicant must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or other customers. Manual dexterity is required for occasional reaching and lifting of objects up to 20 lbs. and operating office equipment. Travel is required to meet accountabilities.

Pay:
$ $23.97 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
