Position Summary:

The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient order processing for our operation.

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, from receiving customer orders to shipping the products accurately and on time.

Working in a fast-paced environment, this position collaborates with various departments, including warehouse, logistics, and customer service, to guarantee a positive customer experience.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for specialized warehouse tasks in receiving, inventory, customer service, and/or order processing.
  • Receive, count and record shipment data into the system. Match packing list information to actual packed merchandise. Prepare packages/merchandise for storage.
  • Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tag, stamp, or electronic marking tool or other labeling equipment.
  • Identify incorrect/short shipped items and immediately notify supervisor.
  • Deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated area. Operate forklift or other machinery to complete tasks.
  • Verify computations against physical count of stock. Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
  • Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follow company safety policies and procedures and encourage other associates to do the same.
  • Perform order layout and make changes to carriers or picking method. Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Under general supervision, exercises judgment in accordance with welldefined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.

Requirements:


  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. in a physical environment with the ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
  • Make repetitive movements including, but not limited to, using a 10key or calculator, bending or squatting.
  • Knowledge of equipment and tools.
  • Warehouse computer scanning software experience.
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Understand written material and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal.
  • Forklift Certified is preferred
  • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally, 5 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Schedule

  • Monday to Thursday 7am4pm
  • Friday 7am1pm

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
