- Experience with pool maintenance and pool chemistry preferred.
- Provide outstanding leadership to the team, ensuring the highest quality of swim instruction and customer service.
- Engage regularly with parents, keeping them informed on their childs progress and milestones.
- Conduct comprehensive weekly audits and keep all training and operational standards in check.
- Be the go-to leader and coach for your team, ready to jump in and teach or supervise as needed.
- Maintain and foster a safe, engaging, and energetic pool environment for both staff and students.
- Experience with children and a passion for education and sports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid, and ideally, Ellis lifeguarding.
- 2+ years as a swim instructor, or similar experience in youth sports coaching or camp counseling.
