Data Entry Specialist & Program Manager

About Us:
We're a Marketing

company based in Gaithersburg, MD, on the lookout for a driven self-starter to
take charge of two roles within our organization. While each position is
part-time, the successful applicant will transition into a full-time role,
seamlessly managing both positions throughout the day. The available positions
are for a Data Entry Specialist and a Program Manager.


Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Organize and merge existing data in Excel spreadsheets.
• Review combined data to ensure accuracy when inputted into USPS software.
• Conduct research on new geographical and demographic information for our clients.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent time management skills.

Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage a database of subscribers to ensure accurate design and data assignment for each publication.
• Manage and segregate a database of listed and sold properties to allocate to each subscriber's account.
• Implement quality control measures for each subscription to ensure precision in printed materials and databases.
• Provide client support, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the ordering process.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in database management tools/software.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
