Position Summary:
The Manager of ERP Systems is responsible for the management and support of the organization's ERP system and associated programs.
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate problem resolution for incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage and coordinate the ERP team, including recruiting, mentoring, and measuring productivity and performance.
- Provide training, feasibility, design, testing, and SOP's for new business requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional departments/teams to understand business requirements and align solutions.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
- Implement ERP in new states and markets as the company continues to expand.
- Monitor security and compliance matters, ensuring data privacy and information security standards are upheld.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company, state, and federal laws, statutes, and regulations, as appropriate.
- Develop and update department standard operating procedures, quick start guides, and other reference resources.
- Utilize BI tool to develop business reports as needed. Establish as company's single source of truth, and develop a process for creation, publication and permissible access of reports.
- Collaborate with thirdparty ERP partners to ensure alignment with project goals, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain knowledge of statespecific cannabis regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- ERP implementation experience preferred.
- Strong project management and change management control skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Must be able to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel experience required, preferably through a formal certificate program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Pay:
$100, $130,000.00 per year
