    Description

    This multi-facility health system in Georgia, with a facility in Columbus, GA is currently recruiting Board-Certified Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians to service a nearby clinic, that is committed to providing high quality and compassionate care to patients.
    The ideal provider will have a passion for medicine, a proven track record for delivery of quality patient care, and the desire to continue building a practice. This position affords the opportunity to assume an established practice with room to add new patients, collaborate with other primary care providers and an extensive specialty network. Additionally, as the largest healthcare system in the State of Georgia, our system has future opportunities for physicians interested in leadership.

    Requirements & Highlights

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
  • Commit to a full time Monday – Friday workweek
  • Ability to provide primary care services to all ages appropriate to specialty

    The hospital is part of the integrated system of 19 hospitals throughout GA. Our system in Columbus is comprised of two hospitals and a cancer center, serving a radius of more than 14 counties. The Midtown Campus is a -bed hospital and functions as a Level 2 Trauma Center with the region's only Children's Hospital including a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Neuroscience Center of Excellence, a newly renovated Emergency and Trauma Center as well as the SI and XI da Vinci Robot and plans for more. We also have the oldest Family Medicine Residency Program in the state and a robust Hospitalist program.
