Grafton Job Corps is looking for an School Cafeteria Worker to join our team

At Job Corps, we assist students ages 16-24, primarily from disadvantaged backgrounds, with academic and career training.

Most of our students are residential while they are with us, so our cafeteria staff provide students breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.


Schedule:
Tuesday-Thursday 12:00pm-9:00pm, Friday & Saturday 10:00am-7:00pm, Sunday & Monday Off


Pay:
$18.79 hourly


Responsibilities:


  • Assists in the preparation and presentation of quality food.
  • Assists in kitchen cleanup, washing dishes, cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation area to ensure sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas.
  • Transports finished meals from preparation area to serving line. Keeps serving counters stocked with prepared food.
Qualifications & Experience

Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching.

Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.

Must be able to obtain ServeSafe credentials. High School diploma or GED required.
