Job Purpose:


Produces machined parts by setting up, and operating CNC mills; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.


Job Duties:


  • Setup CNC mills by installing and adjusting tools and attachments.
  • Verifies settings by measuring positions, firstrun part, and sample work pieces.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Documents actions by completing production and quality logs

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience operating a CNC Mill (preferably Haas).
  • Must be able to set up milling machines.
  • Must be able to make minor corrections to programs / speeds / feeds / offsets.
  • Must be able to read drawings and written instructions.
  • Must be able to inspect / measure parts.
  • Good people skills and team player.
  • English proficiency.
  • Experience in an ISO9001:2015 or AS9100 certified manufacturing facility.

Benefits:
Full-time position. 1st Shift (7:00a - 3:30p). Compensation $25-27 per hour, based on experience


Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
