    Description

    CS&A is partnering with several K-12 school clients throughout Chicago to support in hiring for Registrar roles. These are full-time, salaried positions.

    Qualifications:

    Required--

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with administrative support experience, preferably in an executive office, ideally within an educational setting.
    • 5+ years experience as a registrar
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office
    • Flexibility, Strong work ethic, and a sense of humor
    • Professional and collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and on deadline
    • Truthful, positive, and purposeful when communicating with others
    • English fluency is required
    • Employment contingent upon successful completion of background investigation
    • experience with Veracross, Blackbaud, Naviance, and/or Pronite is a plus.
    • 2 to 5 years of experience working in school settings
