The Cyber Electronic Warfare and Space team at present is looking for a dedicated Cyberspace Training Specialist 1 to contribute to an exciting new project supporting a client tasked with consolidating cyberspace operations, enhancing DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrating cyber expertise within the DoD.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Equivalent military training experience may substitute for education).
- Training Development Certification.
Active TS/SCI/Polygraph clearance is mandatory for this role
Preferred Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience in delivering classroom-based training, including:
- Evaluating training effectiveness to ensure it aligns with objectives and standards.
- Planning and coordinating training events and activities.
- Developing operational training materials and instructions.
- Conducting research for course development.
- Preparing instructional and student materials.
This position is part of Cyber & Electronic Warfare, a division within HII's Mission Technologies. HII collaborates with the intelligence and cyber operations sectors to safeguard cyberspace interests. Our proficiency in network architecture, software/hardware development, cybersecurity, and the electromagnetic environment enables us to support critical missions for federal agencies.
