Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of experience in B2B procurement, project management, and consulting
- Fluent in English and C1+ level in either German or Italian
- Knowledge of ProcuretoPay (eProcurement), system integration, and tender processes at large enterprises
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Decisive and able to implement ideas quickly
- Proven ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing transformation projects for large strategic accounts, helping them achieve procurement savings through Amazon Business.
Our business customers range from individual professionals to large institutions, and we are constantly innovating to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current purchasing processes for customers and identify opportunities for improvement through Amazon Business solutions
- Advise customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions to drive spend adoption
- Define requirements and scope for utilizing Amazon Business solutions
- Oversee program execution, including personnel assignment and project scheduling
- Communicate effectively with customers and Amazon Business leadership
- Identify and address program risks and challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that increase customer adoption
- Meet or exceed targets for customer and feature
