    We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Consulting Senior Data Management Engineer to join our innovative technology team.

    The successful candidate will be a key player in driving our data management strategy, ensuring the quality, integrity, and optimization of our data assets.

    This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in data management, keen analytical skills, and the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.

    As a Consulting Senior Data Management Engineer, you will:
    Develop and implement data management strategies to support business goals and objectives.
    Oversee data mining efforts, leveraging NoSQL databases to extract valuable insights from large, complex data sets.
    Manage metadata to ensure data consistency, clarity, and accessibility across various platforms and systems.
    Lead process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing solutions to streamline data management operations.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive, effective data solutions.
    Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in data management principles and practices.

    Stay abreast of the latest developments in data management technologies and methodologies, incorporating new and innovative approaches into our data management strategy.

    To be considered for the role of Consulting Senior Data Management Engineer, candidates must have:
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data management role, preferably within the technology industry.
    Proven experience with metadata management, data mining, NoSQL databases, and process improvement.
    Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data modeling, data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management.
    Proficiency in using data management tools and software.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading data management initiatives to successful completion.
    A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned data management professional to take their career to the next level.
