What does a Sales Technology Project Specialist do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Responsibilities:

Drive the implementation of assigned projects across sales operations, ensuring outcomes are aligned with NAOU system goals/directives
Analyze large data sets to identify potential root cause analysis, working with stakeholders to develop solutions in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
Deliver expectations, capabilities, and the overall goal of technology across our geographic territory enabling end users to understand the capabilities of the various platforms
Influence, direct, and support team members effectively communicating capabilities, results, and expected improvement timelines with confidence

Requirements:

High School Diploma (or GED) required
Bachelor's Degree in business or 4 years equivalent experience required
2+ years project management experience required
2+ years experience training others required
Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Administrator, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
