Our dedicated team supports education, qualification, and reintegration of job seekers and rehabilitants after illness or accident, as well as those facing social or developmental challenges.

We accompany them with heart in their personal and professional development.

Due to the continuous expansion of our services, we are currently seeking a social pedagogue (m/f/d).


Your diverse tasks include:

- general social pedagogical support of participants throughout the qualification process
- career orientation, including the use of appropriate aptitude diagnostics, development discussions, and other case management
- support and implementation of remedial teaching, as well as individual methods, behavior, and communication training, general learning counseling
- development-promoting counseling and individual case assistance in collaboration with our training and psychology teams
- acquisition of companies and support for participants in finding internships and employment after achieving educational goals
- progress documentation and preparation of interim and final reports
- establishing and maintaining contact with responsible parties of funding agencies
- additional tasks may be added based on qualifications and willingness to perform


You have:

- university degree in social or rehabilitation pedagogy, education or social sciences, social work, or similar pedagogical qualification, preferably with a medical background
- preferably some initial professional experience working with rehabilitants and job seekers
- confident handling of individuals with psychological, physical, or social issues
- goal-oriented and independent work style
